Creating a strong online community is essential to any successful membership. You want your community to grow and thrive whilst running smoothly without needing all of your attention. The reality is that launching, nurturing, engaging and growing an online community takes time, energy and resources. It can quickly become difficult to manage and meet people’s needs and expectations which is sometimes why communities can become dormant after only a short period of time.

A skilled Community Manager can be the difference between a community that thrives, grows and supports your members well and a community that fizzles out through lack of interest or engagement. A skilled Community Manager will nurture and care for the needs of the people within your community, alongside being your eye, ears and voice.

As a community strategist I offer a range of services based on the types of support that my clients and potential clients may need, including bespoke packages to suit your individual community or membership needs.

60-minute Strategy Call: £250

Many of my clients come to me wanting advice or support to work through questions or issues about their community. This coaching service developed out of that need and is thriving!

For 60 minutes, you have my undivided attention focused on you and your community. Prior to the call, you’ll give me access to your community and the key points that you want to discuss on the call.

Here are examples of possible topics we can cover:

  • engagement
  • ongoing strategy ideas
  • content calendars
  • moving away from a social media group to a platform-based community
  • finding a sustainable membership platform
  • how to differentiate content for a free versus a paid community

As part of this service you’ll get your 60-minute Zoom call, plus a recording and summary notes via email (usually delivered within 5 working day of the call).

VIP Day (3 or 6 hours): Price On Request

This is my new service for 2022! Half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) of 1 to 1 time with me to focus on launching, growing or moving your community or membership forwards.

What’s Included?

A 1 to 1 Zoom call with me (including recordings at the end of the session) and time for us to work through whatever your identified priorities are.

1 to 1 Starter Package: £550/month (3-month contract)

Most of my 1 to 1 clients start here: a 3-month package to determine the level of need and whether we are a good fit to work together long term.

My Starter Package is perfect for those starting new groups or looking to move their community to the next level. Most of the content and email templates will already be pre-written by you.

It includes support for your new community, unique content and regular engagement. It also covers membership-facing email support to help take some of the basic community administration off your plate.

Group posts: Posting, commenting and engaging during the week. Creating and sharing community events as needed.

Onboarding: Bringing new members into your membership and/or community.

Onboarding: Publishing your pre-written onboarding posts.

Onboarding: Responding to questions and signposting.

Onboarding: Sending out your scripted onboarding email sequence.

Admin: Emailing routine Community updates.

Admin: Monitoring responses to Community updates.

Admin: Troubleshooting students’ course/community problems.

Admin: Monitoring and updating course access and materials.

1 to 1 Growth Package: £750/month

This is my ongoing Community Management package and contains most of the support you’ll need to make your community a thriving success.

It includes posting, replying and engagement in your community, as well as the option of editing and adapting your content and email templates and your course content.

Finally, this package will also give you greater access to me for advice on your community and how to progress it to where you want it to be.

Admin: Organising Facebook Lives.

Admin: Organising Zoom/call links.

Admin: Managing your community’s support email and responding to emails as required.

Admin: Creating your community’s weekly email content.

Admin: Organising and monitoring your community’s ESP tags/segments/ categories/mailing lists as needed.

Reviewing and editing your current community processes.

Supporting you in establishing new community processes for members/students.

Onboarding: Creating and sending email sequences.

Onboarding: Responding to email sequence replies.

Onboarding: Responding to questions and signposting members.

1 to 1 Package Bolt-Ons: Price On Request

I also offer a number of more specialised tasks that can be added to a 1 to 1 package at an additional monthly cost.

The list below details a few examples, though it is not exhaustive. These are customised services that I can tailor according to your needs:

  • Creating new course content

Monthly Membership: £30 per month

For many reasons, you may not want to work 1 to 1 with a Community Manager. Maybe you want to stay hands-on. Maybe your community doesn’t quite generate enough income to pay a Community Manager, but it’s on your list for the future. Perhaps you don’t want a 1 to 1 service but you’d love consistent content ideas to share in your community.

Every Monday morning you’ll receive an email with engagement prompts, images, strategy and content that you can copy and use in your community. The images will even come ready for you to brand to your business!
